In the wake of a high-profile escape and with prison’s ‘best-case’ staffing levels at 80%, this campaign needed to get new officers through the doors of prisons. It did this by showing a true representation of what it's like to work in a prison, and that the staff who do the role aren't heroes, but everyday people like you and I.
